We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the product and sometimes video of the defect

We will ask you to send pictures of the product so that we can examine what is wrong with the product.

Note: Before Purchasing we do recommend to check the size chart. We don't offer free return if the size you ordered is wrong for your foot size.
